(1)High thermo stability:
Because of gold's high melt point over 900
°C, it will
not be melted, carbonized, gummed, or ground on the bottom under
usual engine temperature varying from 0°C
to 800 °C.
(2)High ductility:
Gold's high ductility makes it attach and expand well on cylinder
surface, and uneasily destroyed, chipped or flaked out by the shear
force inside highly-pressured engine house.
(3)High chemistry stability:
Gold is an inertia material which never decomposed to pollute
engine house in the thick alkaline environment of engine house.
(4)Low hardness:
Gold is a soft material which can exploit its lubrication and seal
character between cylinder wall and piston, and makes engine run
favorable.
(5)High thermo conductivity:
Gold is a high thermo conductivity material and will not influence
heat dispersion effect of engine too much when it forms a thin layer
on cylinder surface.
(6)High adsorb ability:
Gold is a good conductor and its static electricity can enforce
its adsorption on cylinder surface to prevent itself from flaking
out and increase its endurance.
(7)Special activation:
A nano-sized gold shows its activation just like other special
metal as platina, iridium and rohdium inside catalytic converter. It
can convert deleterious carbon monoxide of exhaust into carbon
dioxide and discharge it. It not only bears 25% duty of catalytic
converter but also provide great contribution to environmental
protection.
